Description
This perennial produces giant flowers, sometimes 10 to 12 inches in diameter. It grows natively in Texas, but is mostly available in varieties that have been produced by hybridizers. Grasshoppers can be a problem pest. Good cultivars include 'Southern Belle,' 'Lady Baltimore,' and 'Lord Baltimore'. Plant blooms continuously all summer.
